Course Horse Offerings

There are no refunds provided for products.
The "product" are items for sale on website. The "courses"  are classes offered by Glass House Studio.  Class gift receipts require at least two week prior scheduling to redeem.  Items shipped that arrive broken require return of product to exchange for equal value.  The purchaser is responsible for return delivery.  After 30 days of purchase of classes no refunds are accepted.  Classes can sometimes and without notice be shortened and or rescheduled.  We will make every effort to accommodate the loss of value by offering an additional date.
All quotes or bids on products require a deposit to begin working.  This deposit is always non refundable.
